don't be a judas - mark 14:10-21

Not everyone who looks like a Christian really is one. With credentials like Judas had, no one suspected him to be a traitor.

Where your ultimate allegiance lies; reveals the truth about your Christianity. It is clear that Judas' ultimate allegiance was to his own love of money. He traded the life of Jesus for a bag of money.

The end is unspeakably terrible for those who betray Jesus. Jesus says in verse 21,"It would have been better for that man if he had not been born."

*Questions for Reflection & Discussion:

1. Is your ultimate allegiance to Christ or something else?

2. What things could potentially rival Jesus' place of ultimate allegiance in your life?

3. Why can false Christians be dangerous? How can we recognize them?
